BURR REMOVING
OF METAL PARTS
Deburring by wet blasting can remove some fine burrs without damaging the surface of the parts by some fine abrasive, a few microns in size. It is a damage-free process and also high-controllable & stable quality processing at a relatively low cost.
Advantages:
- Wet blasting technology removes burrs generated during the molding without damage and without internal chip peeling and without any other chemical action, and it does not roughen the surface.
- It is possible to process different types of burrs by using different and appropriate particles.
- It is possible to only process the targeted sections.
- And wet blasting processes the burrs without generating the dusts.
Process:
Burr removing during wet blasting, small-pressure
compressed air sprays the fine particles and water onto the
surface of the parts in a mist form. Therefore, the surface of
the part is treated in a continuous and minimal-damage
manner.
Cross Section Comparison:
After precision physical cleaning by wet blasting, the burrs on the surface or edges of the parts are removed.
