Dasiauto Wet Blasting Equipment is an automated device that suspends metal parts with
complex shapes onto fixtures, enabling comprehensive surface processing of the
components.

The type PP2000 can automatically perform degreasing and cleaning of simultaneous
double-sided processing of lead frames and other thin plate-shaped workpieces, such as
semiconductor resin deburring, overmolding removal of embedded LED chips, Deburring
of LED packages, Non-conductive layer removal of LTCC boards, processing of ceramic
plates or metal plates or films, adhesion improvement of other thin plate-shaped
workpieces. By simply replacing the clamping, it can adapt to different types of
workpieces.
