Abrasive TR3000
This is a spherical particle made of materials such as glass bead or zirconia
which is chemically inert type with no ferrous or other residues. By impacting
or rubbing the workpiece surface, it achieves cleaning with minimal damage.
Since the processed surface forms uniform micro-pits and exhibits a semigloss texture, this process can also be used for surface beautification. Additionally, another major feature of this process is its ability to generate significant shot peening effects through applied stress.
